Independently owned and managed, Ferguslea Properties Limited evolved from one of Canada’s most prominent real estate development and property management companies. Throughout the 2010s, Ferguslea Properties rebranded, with a mandate to revitalize its properties, improve the overall infrastructure, uphold the safest experience for tenants and undertake several ‘green’ initiatives. Summary of the Role

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the VP of Operations is responsible for direct oversight of roughly 70% of the employee base and all aspects of the day to day operations for Ferguslea Properties. This newly created role will be the most influential leadership position within the business, requiring you to compile and evaluate strategy with the ownership, and then operationalize and execute on this on a daily basis.
