Consent

Keynote Group does not collect your personal information without your consent. When Keynote requests your personal information, we identify the purpose of the collection so that you are fully informed of why Keynote Group needs the information and how it will be used.

Retention of personal information

Keynote Group will retain your personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and as required by law. Personal information that is no longer required will be destroyed by the proper and secure destruction methods, such as permanent deletion of electronic files or paper shredding.

Your personal information is stored on servers, in Canada and internationally through service providers who do not have authorization to access your information. They are bound by the terms of the Keynote Group privacy policies to protect your personal information.

Unsubscribe

If you have given Keynote Group consent, either through expressed or implied consent, you always have the choice to unsubscribe from future email communications. By clicking the unsubscribe in the communication, you will no longer receive email communications from Keynote Group.

Requests and updates to personal information: 
At anytime you can request your personal information that Keynote Group has collected to ensure it is accurate and make any updates as necessary. You can submit request your information anytime to [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days.

Keynote Group may not be able to complete your request where disclosure is unauthorized by law, or where it would result in the disclosure of personal information of others.

Keynote Group expects that any individuals who have provided their personal information also provides updates when necessary.
