UCB1, Arlington’s security group, serves the most important and powerful individuals in the world which include government leaders and artists of influence. Having recently won a highly lucrative contract in Northern Canada, Arlington is well-positioned in the market for continued growth, and are now searching for a President to spearhead this growth and carve its path forward for the security division.

Summary of the Role
Reporting to the Founder and CEO of Arlington Group, the President of Arlington Security is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the security business unit.
As President, your priority will be to set the organization up for success through a defined multi-year strategic plan which will include weekly, monthly, and annual goals to achieve an increase in operational efficiency, productivity, and a defined list of clients and contracts to pursue. You will be afforded the opportunity to come in and learn the organization and the current industry landscape in order to skillfully create and execute on a strategic plan with a two-fold approach. With a careful balance between autonomy and mentorship from the CEO, you will be trusted to be both opportunistic and strategic in your initiatives, carefully analyzing each opportunity against the division’s long term goals. With this in mind, you will be responsible for chasing all relevant business opportunities and fully managing the contractual process from bidding phase through to completion. You will take responsibility for all client engagements and relationships, acting as the “go-to” person for all stakeholders in regards to business development and general inquiries about the business operations.
Arlington Group across all divisions, including Arlington Security, has experienced tremendous growth over the past couple of years, and in addition to a core office team, they now have a working staff of 400+ employees available for contractual work. You will be responsible for managing all employees, addressing their concerns head-on, and leading them through any change management initiatives all while maintaining the strong familial culture that Arlington was built on. To ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, you will be entrusted to create, analyze, and execute on defined KPIs related to the day-to-day performance of the operations.
Finally, you will manage Arlington Security’s budget alongside a virtual CFO. You will be responsible for carefully measuring operational goals against this budget, all while upholding organizational policies and standards, ensuring all legislative regulations are being followed at all times.
