Experience
Your experience is marked by a hands-on approach to product development, underscored by a deep understanding of FPGA technologies such as Altera, and a curiosity about Field-Oriented Control (FOC) work, suggesting a breadth of technical expertise that spans critical aspects of modern engineering.

Summary of the Role
Reporting directly to the President, you will serve as a key senior-level executive with comprehensive responsibility for guiding all engineering activities within the organization.
As the Director of Engineering at Macnica Americas, this critical position involves managing multifaceted engineering teams, formulating and executing strategic engineering initiatives, and ensuring the timely and budget-conscious completion of engineering projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning engineering strategies with the organization’s overarching goals and objectives, fostering an environment where innovation thrives.
In this role, your primary focus will be on nurturing and leading engineering teams to success, providing them with the necessary resources and support to excel in their projects. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of engineering projects, from their inception to their successful implementation, maintaining a vigilant eye on both timelines and budgets to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise will also extend to identifying potential risks in engineering processes, implementing measures to mitigate these risks, and keeping the organization at the forefront of technological advancements by staying updated on the latest engineering trends and technologies.
Additional focus will be pivotal in building, expanding, and leading a highly effective engineering team, complemented by external resources, to prepare top-quality products for market. You will proactively seek out innovative solutions that align with and advance the company’s strategic objectives, making changes as necessary. Collaborating closely with the President, you’ll play a crucial role in defining the technical strategy, developing a clear and actionable roadmap to achieve these strategic goals.
