Skills & Experience

Expertise

Your expertise in inventory management and financing, along with your ability to interface effectively and develop the Parts & Service Department, will be essential in steering Perth Powersports’ financial trajectory.

Leadership

You will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, providing valuable insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance overall performance.

Experience

With experience in the motorized product sector, particularly in powersport or automotive management, you are well-equipped to oversee the parts and service department effectively.

Proven Track Record

Your track record in leading a dealership or similar, will provide ownership, employees and suppliers confidence you can build a platform to take the business from $10m to $20m over time.

Collaboration

Collaborating with the sales team, you will manage pricing across various product lines, utilizing your expertise to optimize revenue streams while maintaining acceptable inventory levels.

Strategy Creation

You will need to develop effective strategies to optimize inventory levels while minimizing costs and ensuring that the right products are available when needed.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations as the General Manager, you will be tasked with driving strategy and optimizing revenue while ensuring the financial health of the company. With the incumbent retiring, you will be taking on an established, successful, and profitable business.

Your expertise in inventory management and financing, along with your ability to interface effectively and develop the Parts & Service Department, will be essential in steering Perth Powersports’ financial trajectory. The success of the organization will be defined by your ability to maximize product sales and develop a comprehensive service plan that meets the needs of customers and the market.
