Summary of the Role
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will assume a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations, and overall management of the organization. In guiding operations, your paramount responsibility will be focused on spearheading the revival of the organization as it approaches its significant milestone of 65 years. Building upon the foundation of existing strategic plans, you will serve as the driving force propelling the organization into a new era of rejuvenation and expansion. This multifaceted endeavor will entail a detailed process of identifying key priorities and objectives, fortifying revenue streams and reserves to ensure financial stability, refining programs offered to maximize their impact and appeal, and addressing the organization’s culture to align with strategic goals and foster growth.

Committed to building a positive and supportive culture you will work closely with members of the organization to break down silos while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
