Summary of the Role
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Dymon Capital, the Director of Marketing has overall responsibility for planning, developing, and implementing all corporate marketing strategies for the Dymon brand.
The Director is an integral member of the Senior Management team and will be expected to contribute accordingly. In order to effectively carry out the marketing and communications roadmap, you will be responsible for building and maturing a high-performing, driven marketing team to collaborate and conquer set goals. You will instill a well-rounded work ethic and progressive environment that encourages new ideas and exemplary work. You will provide consistent opportunities to cultivate success under your direction and will administer feedback whenever possible. In addition to building out a high-performing marketing team, you will work with the Corporate Office and Operations to ensure that goals, strategies, and activities are consistently aligned and effectively integrated with the Dymon brand. Earning the trust of your team and senior leadership will be key to accomplishing goals, while it is equally as important to develop strong external relationships with quality agencies and partners to leverage when required.
This leadership position is accountable for establishing and delivering strategic and tactical, marketing and communication action plans that are designed to support Dymon’s corporate strategy. You will build an active, multi-faceted marketing plan that builds brand identity, product and service awareness, and reinforces the solid reputation of Dymon as an unmatched industry competitor. This is inclusive of a public relations strategy where your team will coordinate community activities and events, arranging publicity and media coverage.
As a champion of the brand, both internally and externally, you will oversee and execute on strategic partnerships and foster new opportunities to promote brand awareness. Through market research and analytics, you will develop and maintain knowledge of trends in the rental community and real estate industry and best practices in marketing, digital technology, communication and public relations that may be of value in future initiatives. You will oversee development of the dymon mission statement and core values and ensure alignment with internal and external messaging. This includes creating brand guidelines that employees are well trained on and consistently adhere to.
Using SEO, PPC, and other techniques you will drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services. This is inclusive of creating engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on the latest marketing technologies and social media. You will provide quality assurance oversight to ensure that messages and materials are accurate, appropriate, and consistent with the brand and across platforms. You will lead the rebranding of the company website and ensure that post-completion, your team can properly manage the content going forward. Your in-depth forecasting and analyses of marketing campaigns will be key in measuring the success of each initiative.
With the organization positioned for tremendous growth, your strategy will evolve to include effective campaigns encompassing existing services and the launch of new locations. This is inclusive of developing and implementing a guest loyalty program to improve guest experience. You will identify target markets and carry out tasks in order to reach various market segments. To gain a better understanding of guests, you will work to create a comprehensive marketing database for collection and analysis of demographic data. Your business acumen and analytical mindset, balanced with your entrepreneurial driven abilities will be valued from the first day.
