Summary of the Role

As a member of the leadership team, the Regional Manager is responsible for the effective daily operations, performance, and staff leadership of a multi-residential portfolio spanning across Ottawa, Gatineau, and Kingston.

The Regional Manager ensures that all buildings under their direction operate efficiently, within policy, and in alignment with Osgoode Properties’ standards for excellence. This role balances operational execution with team leadership by driving performance, resident satisfaction, and financial results. You will oversee site-level staff and property operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance, compliance, and customer service are consistently met. You will also benefit from a structured, immersive onboarding process designed to help you gain a deep understanding of Osgoode’s properties, systems, and culture before gradually assuming full portfolio responsibility.
