Pivotal Position

We use AI-powered tools (such as Fathom, Gemini, and Monica) to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process, such as interview note-taking, transcription, and summarization. These tools are used to improve efficiency and consistency. All AI-generated outputs are reviewed by a qualified recruiting professional, and all hiring decisions are made by humans. We do not use AI for selection purposes but do utilize AI powered search functions (Microsoft/Google) to help identify candidates on behalf of our clients.

Throughout your career, you have built a strong foundation in B2B marketing, with particular depth in digital channels, demand generation, and commercial growth.

Experience

Experience within construction or concrete is not required; intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are far more important.

Summary of the Role

This position will play a central role in reshaping Giatec’s marketing function into a modern, AI-enabled organization that strengthens market visibility, increases pipeline generation, and supports the company’s next phase of global expansion.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will lead the evolution of Giatec’s marketing function during a pivotal period of growth and product commercialization. With a strong foundation already in place, including established digital channels, an internal marketing team, and a growing global customer base, this mandate is focused on taking the function to its next level of performance, creativity, and commercial contribution.

You will begin by assessing the current team, structure, tools, processes, and channel performance to determine where the function can be strengthened, streamlined, or reimagined. A key priority will be identifying how AI, automation, and agentic technologies can be embedded into day-to-day activities to increase output, improve speed, and enable the team to grow without adding proportional headcount. This will require a commercially minded executive who is comfortable evaluating what is working, what needs to change, and where new capabilities are required.

You will oversee Giatec’s full marketing portfolio, including digital marketing, demand generation, brand, content, communications, events, trade shows, and, where appropriate, product marketing. While the current engine is producing high-quality opportunities, the organization is seeking fresh thinking around how to generate greater pipeline volume and create stronger connections between marketing efforts and commercial outcomes.

As Giatec continues to expand its portfolio, including SmartRock®, SmartMix®, and MixPilot®, you will help refine market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for both existing and future offerings. Product marketing experience is considered an asset, but even more important is the ability to quickly understand customer needs, connect technical capabilities to business challenges, and translate complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives.

Working closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and the executive team, you will help ensure that marketing activities remain aligned with broader business priorities and growth objectives. The successful candidate will bring strong digital marketing expertise, sound judgment, curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to make thoughtful recommendations regarding people, tools, and ways of working.
