Head of Government Relations @ Black Diamond Group
Company: Black Diamond Group
Position: Head of Government Relations
Location: Ottawa, ON
Black Diamond Group is a publicly traded, international industrial services and asset management company specializing in modular space solutions, workforce accommodation, and workforce logistics. Operating across Canada, the United States, and Australia, the company supports customers in construction, energy, infrastructure, and government sectors with scalable, rapidly deployable infrastructure and accommodation solutions.
Through its Modular Space Solutions and Workforce Solutions businesses, Black Diamond has developed a strong track record of delivering modular buildings, remote camps, and integrated site services in complex and often remote environments. These capabilities are increasingly relevant as governments expand investment in defence infrastructure, northern and Arctic operations, and resilient site-based solutions.
The company is now taking a more deliberate approach to establishing its presence within the Canadian defence and public-sector landscape through the development of Black Diamond Defence Services (BDSS), a dedicated business unit focused on government and defence opportunities. This includes building a dedicated presence in Ottawa, strengthening relationships across key federal departments, and bringing together a network of partners to more effectively engage in defence procurement opportunities.
