Their niche solutions enable customers to consolidate and leverage their data within complex organizational environments, align strategic objectives with operational outputs, visualize areas of underperformance and drive continuous improvement. Typically delivered as a sophisticated dashboard, the approach integrates seamlessly into organizational structures, allowing various units to utilize it for “what-if” analysis and modeling, empowering stakeholders to simulate scenarios and optimize operations effectively.
While the business has been built on the aerospace and defence sector, the company has the potential to cater to any fleet-based sector and beyond, positioning it to tap into diverse markets as demand for data- driven performance solutions continues to rise. As a high-growth subsidiary of a larger corporation, the company is currently in scale-up mode, actively serving the Canadian defence sector. As current leadership transitions to retirement, they are seeking an Executive Vice President to support existing customers, lead growth initiatives, navigate the evolving landscape of data analytics, and ensure the company meets the rising demands of its clientele.
Skills & Experience
Experience
Your experience in military and aerospace environments will provide valuable insights, particularly in understanding how these skills, such as technical proficiency and leadership can be applied across various industries.
Expertise
Your technical expertise, ideally supported by a degree in electrical, mechanical or aerospace engineering, will be essential for navigating complex environments within which its customers operate.
Background
You will bring a strong background in the aerospace or defense sectors, with significant operational leadership experience and a solid foundation in a weapon system in-service support.
Proven Track-Record
A proven track record of managing P&L responsibilities within a consulting or engineering division will demonstrate your ability to balance financial performance with operational effectiveness.
Analytical
Comfort with data analysis and performance management will be crucial, as you understand how to leverage metrics to drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making for its customers.
