Summary of the Role

The Director, Sales for Cybersecurity & DNS at CIRA will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and selling cybersecuritys olutions and services.

This role requires building a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with CIRA’s overarching business objectives, targeting both new markets and expanding existing ones. As Director, you will play a key role in managing relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address their cybersecurity needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross- selling. Representation of CIRA at industry events will also be key to enhancing market presence and awareness of the company’s offerings.

Leading a team of sales professionals, including territory account managers and technical sales managers, you will foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance. Recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members will be essential to ensure alignment with sales goals and drive business development efforts. A critical part of this role involves optimizing the sales process, integrating tools and ensuring efficiency from lead generation to deal closure. Furthermore, there will also focus on improving the operational side of sales, addressing challenges such as manual processes and aligning systems.
