Donna Baker

Donna co-founded Keynote Search and plays a lead role in our executive search practice with her 15+ years of experience. Donna has completed hundreds of C-suite and executive-level placements for organizations in a number of sectors including non-profit, technology, defense, healthcare, real estate and construction and more. Her expertise spans from supporting family enterprises, private businesses, publicly traded companies, and crown corporations.

Donna’s has been highly recognized as an industry leader and has earned a number of awards including Businesswoman of the Year from the Women’s Business Network in 2018, a Forty Under 40 recipient in 2018, Immigrant Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2019, and helped propel the company to earn the #1 spot on Ottawa’s Fastest Growing Companies list in 2018 as well as #4 in 2019.

Prior to co-founding Keynote Search Donna relocated to Canada from the United Kingdom to support the launch of an international recruitment firm and played a critical role in the firm’s success in Canada.

In addition to being a dedicated wife, mother and executive search leader, Donna sits on the Board of the Ottawa Gatineau Youth Foundation and supports the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, Queensway Carleton Hospital Foundation and Ottawa Heart Institute. When she isn’t working you will find her running the streets in preparation for her next marathon race.
