Alina is an experienced HR professional with over 10 years as an HR generalist and recruitment specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in HR Management and has successfully launched and managed several businesses. Alina’s career spans diverse industries, including retail, manufacturing, mining, private companies and Crown corporations. She has led talent searches for roles ranging from operational plant workers to senior leadership positions, including her work with the Royal Canadian Mint and the Children’s Aid Society.
