Fearless Femmes Forty Under 40 Fearless Femmes – Habitat for Humanity Women Build Day
A group of women, inlcuding Donna, all Forty Under 40 alumni put together a team for the Women’s Build Day to raise money and participate in a Habitat for Humanity Build. On the morning of October 8, 2019, the team called “Forty Under 40 Fearless Femmes” put on their tool belts, steel-toe boots and hard hats and built up walls for a unit at the 6208 Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard North building site. The team also included: Captain Dr. Sasha Hamid, Chiropractor at Cuavita, Sarah Oakley, Owner at Paralell 45 Design Group Priya Bhaloo, VP at Tag HR, Serina Fraser, Owner at Clear Interior Design, and Marlene Floyd, Co-Founder at Dress for Success Ottawa. Collectively the team raised $7,190 for Habitat for Humanity Greater Ottawa to help families build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable homeownership.
