Donna Baker Joins Expert Panel for Elevate International
This virtual event will feature a panel discussion with three executives that are thriving, reshaping and redefining leadership on their own terms: Aneeta Bains, Partner at Deloitte with expertise in Digital Government; Emma Todd, Founder and CEO of MMHBlockchain Group; and Donna Baker, our Managing Partner at Keynote Search.
The theme for this December virtual event is “Women as drivers: How to Leave No Stone Unturned”.
About the event: In a year marked by crisis and uncertainty, corporations are at crossroads. The choices companies make today will have consequences on gender equality for decades to come. According to the recent “Women in the Workplace 2020“, an annual report by McKinsey & Company: “Women in particular have been negatively impacted. Women—especially women of color—are more likely to have been laid off or furloughed during the COVID-19 crisis, stalling their careers and jeopardizing their financial security. The pandemic has intensified challenges that women already faced.”
So how do we keep moving forward? What is required for women to keep thriving and advancing as leaders? What are corporations looking for today in senior leaders so that women can be even more prepared on their journey to leadership?
On December 15th, these three inspiring leaders will explore these questions and discuss what the future looks like for women in leadership: the challenges, the opportunities and the journey forward.
