Summary of the Role

As a member of the leadership team, the Regional Manager is responsible for the effective daily operations, performance, and staff leadership of a multi-residential portfolio. This portfolio includes a collection of established mid- and high-rise
communities, as well as future development activity requiring thoughtful operational planning and coordination.

The Regional Manager ensures that all buildings under their direction operate efficiently, within policy, and in alignment with Osgoode Properties’ standards for excellence. This role balances operational execution with team leadership by driving performance, resident satisfaction, and financial results. You will oversee site-level staff, property managers, and property operations across a diverse portfolio, ensuring high standards of maintenance, compliance, and customer service are consistently met. You will also benefit from a structured, immersive onboarding process designed to help you gain a deep understanding of Osgoode’s properties, systems, and culture before gradually assuming full portfolio responsibility.

As Regional Manager, you will translate corporate strategy into day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with Osgoode’s five key areas of focus: People & Culture, Maintaining Assets, Strong Governance, Profitability Management, and Cybersecurity. Your day will involve working closely with property managers and site staff to mentor, problem-solve, and ensure smooth operations from maintenance coordination and leasing activity, to budgeting and performance reviews.

Your leadership will be both hands-on and supportive—you will be a visible presence across your properties, ensuring operational excellence, championing a positive workplace culture, and addressing challenges proactively. Through a balanced approach, you will maintain oversight of budgets, ensure adherence to legal and company standards, and promote safe technology practices.
