Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee all aspects of Mont Cascades’ operations, including ski and water park activities, guest services, marketing, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Vision: Drive the long-term strategic vision for Mont Cascades, transforming it into a premier year-round resort
- Operations Management: Oversee ski and water park operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and execute financial strategies to drive profitability, optimize revenue, and control costs.
- Marketing & Brand Development: Lead marketing efforts to enhance brand recognition, attract visitors, and build customer loyalty.
- Team Development: Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture by recruiting, training, and empowering staff.
- Customer Experience: Champion guest satisfaction through innovative programming, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
