Skills & Experience

B2B / SaaS Sales You will have at least 10 years of proven success in B2B / SaaS sales
Customer Focus You must have a genuine desire to be a key contributor and partner in the success of your client’s operations
Experience Working Remotely Proven success in a fast moving, high volume, scale-up environment, and can operate with ease remotely

Summary of Role

Your role will be multifaceted in nature, leveraging your tenacity and enthusiasm, while balancing your time with a disciplined approach to remote working. Travel to conferences, trade shows and to company headquarters will also be required. This role will be focused primarily on selling the various hardware and software enterprise solutions that our client offers, and your expert knowledge of these products will be paramount to your success. In addition to retaining and growing existing accounts, you will hone your business development skills, becoming an expert “hunter” that focuses on cross-selling into new and existing accounts. You will forecast and track key account metrics with exceptional detail and accuracy. You are expected to always keep the existing accounts as your priority, but while also growing your sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets, all the while providing an unmatched tailed customer experience to stimulate long-term engagement.

At the end of your first year, you will have successfully maintained pre-existing client relationships and have fostered new, long-term relationships that you continue to grow into the future. You have earned trust from your team and customers as you continuously perform to the highest of standards, never faltering in the face of a challenge. Your passion for sales and customer service has been translated into results that you and your team can be proud of. You not only solve client problems with your in-depth product knowledge, but you use this knowledge to skilfully manage expectations at all levels. Your ability to prioritize, plan and perform in this results-driven role will have become more structured as you have found your own rhythm in what is clearly a dynamic environment.
