Skills & Experience

Leadership Experience Leading a leasing or sales team, ideally in the residential property industry or a similar consumer market
Creation of Structures, Processes and Procedures Experience with a focus on measurable outcomes and performance
Coaching and Mentorship You will have strong leadership experience, focusing on accountability and success

Summary of Role

Reporting to the President you will play a key role in ensuring maximum occupancy and renewal rates at all times. It will be your responsibility to lead a team of sales/leasing agents across multiple locations. You will be required to develop sales procedures, create key performance indicators, implement measurable metrics and create a process to manage the sales funnel. With a coaching and leadership approach you will set goals and objectives and motivate your team to meet their targets. As an organized individual you will bring structure to the team and be able to measure their success while positively impacting revenue. Your desire to maintain a competitive advantage and outperform others in the rental market industry will be a key factor in your success.

You will have created structure, have mapped out the sales process and implemented procedures to deliver on sales. Having developed indicators of performance, set goals and created achievable targets, you will have a clear understanding of the organization’s performance and drivers of success. You will be fully immersed in the Lépine culture and be handling your day to day tasks in a proactive and independent manner..
