Bachelor's Degree Business, Administration or related field
Corporate Infrastructure 5 years of recent and relevant experience
Leadership Experience Leading and owning business improvements from beginning to end
Strong Organizational Skills Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks

Summary of Role

The Corporate Affairs Manager plays a significant role in ensuring the business is running effectively. This role is an integral member of the team and is crucial to the stability and productivity of the organization overall. This individual leads, manages, and advances key corporate functions, including business process resources, tools, and documentation; business process improvements; and, special interest projects that support CPCS’ long term business plan. This individual is responsible for the corporate infrastructure that supports the entire organization; this role is heavily relied on to ensure all processes, systems, and resources are accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to support the work conducted by the consultants. This person is regularly engaging with the consultants to inquire about their needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions where required, as well as anticipating future needs to limit the impact to business operations. The Corporate Affairs Manager is an enthusiastic, self-directed, detail-oriented professional who is keen to lead the corporate affairs team to make CPCS business processes and supporting tools and resources better.

At the end of the first year in the position, you will have developed a strong knowledge and understanding of the organization and business and related business processes and will have become an integral member of CPCS’ corporate team. You will have earned the trust and respect of your colleagues and leadership team and will be recognized as the business infrastructure subject matter expert. You will have learned the systems and processes in use by CPCS and you will have made improvements to these processes to align with the needs of the business. You will be leading a successful corporate affairs team, delivering on business process improvement initiatives, and accurately predicting the future business process and supporting corporate infrastructure needs of the organization. The management consultants will be ecstatic with your progress and will have access to the tools and resources that enable their success. You will have consistently demonstrated your commitment to the organization and to the team by taking a proactive, enthusiastic approach to client service..
