Skills & Experience

Education & Designation Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and have a professional accounting designation.
4+ Years of Experience You bring at least 4 years of full-cycle accounting experience, with some experience working in a team setting.
Presentation & Communication Skills Coordinate, review and present financial and management reports to the leadership team.
Balance of Strategy & Operations Strategic thinker who has oversight of the finances, whilst also being available to assist with daily operational tasks.

Summary of Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be overseeing, coordinating and reporting on the financial position of the company. This is a critical role at Keynote Group. The leadership team will rely on your skills to analyze the income statement and balance sheets, delve into data and analytics of the finances, support acquisitions, reduce account differences and maximize returns. This role is a balancing act of providing strategic finance support whilst also contributing to the overall operations of the company. The leadership team will expect that if an operational task arises, you will take the initiative to address it and handle it expeditiously. In this role, you will hold the overall responsibility for the accounting function whilst also working directly with the leadership team on strategic projects. In the years to come, you will play an important supporting role in an established succession plan which may also include your elevation to Director or VP of Finance..
