Skills & Experience

B2B Business Development Minimum 2+ years with demonstrated success
Education A University degree or College diploma
CRM Proficiency Experience with Salesforce
Strong Communication Ability to communicate persuasively
Competitive Nature Determined to achieve high sales targets
Relationship Cultivation Able to research, identify and generate new opportunities

Summary of Role

Candidly, you are the first of a kind at Demand Spring. You will have content in the form of scripts, messaging and lists to get you started as you become more confident in your role. The team also invites that you bring innovative and fresh ideas, especially in regard to persuasive selling techniques. As the Business Development Representative, you will be a key to driving new customer acquisition by delivering qualified leads to the strategy, technology and content service line leaders that will focus on account management. You will engage with B2B marketing executives across North America, but primarily in the US Northeast and Canada. You will understand their business requirements and provide the first line of qualification and communication of how our services can address their needs. Demand Spring’s target clients range from high-growth early stage tech companies to Fortune 500 brands in financial services, healthcare, and retail. Your passion and relationship-building skills will make a great first impression on prospects. Your ability to articulate Demand Spring’s services and unique differentiators will set them apart and enable the building of a pipeline that will help fuel continued growth.
