Lowe-Martin has grown through organic sales increases and strategic acquisitions in Ottawa and Toronto. New capabilities were added, including a vigorous e-business development team, specialized warehousing and fulfillment, and direct mail. Headquartered in Ottawa with facilities in Mississauga, Lowe-Martin provides innovative, integrated and progressive communication solutions that span a range of products and services including: sheetfed offset printing, digital printing; direct and multi-channel marketing; online ordering; direct mail, large format and security printing; extensive in-house pre-press and bindery services; e-business solutions; warehousing and logistics.

Skills & Experience

Educational Background University Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business, or related field
Sales Experience At least 3+ years in B2B sales
Drivers License Valid license to frequently visit clients
Microsoft Suite Highly proficient in Word, Excel, etc.
Strategic and Analytic Thinker Eager to research and think outside of the box
Security Clearance Valid security clearance

Summary of Role

Under the direction of the Vice-President of Sales, you serve as the primary contact for external and internal customers. You are responsible for maintaining existing accounts and sales volumes, while building increased sales with current and new customers. The Sales Executive is also responsible for appropriately communicating customer requirements to the manufacturing team, in accordance with company policies and procedures. This individual will always maintain positive relationships with customers and escalate any situations that could impact the customer and the company’s relationship with the customer. The Sales Executive will attend appointments with customers or stakeholders and continually present a professional image of the company with integrity and a high level of motivation.
