Skills & Experience

5+ Years Experience An expert in the Condominium Property Management industry.
RCM Designation Or have completed a minimum of two courses towards the designation, with the goal to complete within 12 months.
Strong Financial Acumen Ability to communicate financial information to a condominium board.
Embrace Technology The use of technology has been key to improving efficiencies, you embrace technology and continually look for improvements to systems.
Relationship-Driven You have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
Responsibility You are comfortable in a stand-alone role, bringing your expertise to this area of the business.

Summary of Role

As the Condominium Property Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the common area of the buildings under your management, thereby achieving optimal levels of satisfaction of the Board of Directors.

Reporting to the Director, Property Management, the Condominium Property Manager will effectively manage a portfolio of condominium corporations ensuring appropriate levels of care and attentiveness is provided. You will be responsible for day to day operations of buildings in your portfolio including maintenance coordination. Working closely with the owners and Board of Directors, you will effectively manage relations, oversee the annual budget, produce owner reports and financial reviews, participate in capital expense planning and reserve fund studies..
