Project Manager @ Alliance Engineering & Construction - Ottawa

Company: Alliance Engineering & Construction

Position: Project Manager

Location: Ottawa, ON Canada

The founders of Alliance Engineering & Construction began their careers like many others in the industry, working for large, industry leading contractors that were built on family and technical expertise. As they continued to grow and scale, it became clear that the values became focused on highly regimented systems and processes, as opposed to providing customized solutions and superior customer service. This was the motivating factor for the founders of this firm to go out on their own ten years ago. Since then they have developed a reputation as a contractor that works with developers and general contractors to deliver comprehensive solutions that are backed by expertise, experience and long-term commitment. Their growth has been impressive since their inception in 2010 but their values have remained untarnished. As they surpass $20m in revenue, they want to ensure that their team of engineers and technical leaders continue to focus on providing their clients with exceptional customer experience and project deliverables. In order to continue providing the unparalleled service they are known for, it is critical that they gain thorough insight on the operations side to maximize the success for both the business, and their customers.
