Keynote Group Office Bans Plastic Water Bottles From Our Office

In an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and operate an eco-friendly business, Keynote Group is proud to announce that we have banned the use of plastic bottles in our office. We have made the move to Flow Water, a Canadian naturally high alkaline spring water with a focus on sustainability.

The flow package is made from an FSC certified paperboard-pack and a plant-based cap. Flow is designed to have a low carbon footprint, is 100% recyclable and made with 70% renewable materials.

According to plasticoceans.org, we are now producing nearly 300 million tons of plastic every year, half of which is for single use. More than 8 million tons of plastic is dumped into our oceans every year.

“Over 1 million marine animals are killed each year due to plastic debris in the ocean. Currently, it is estimated that there are 100 million tons of plastic in oceans around the world.” - conserveturtles.org

This marks the first step for Brad Ezard, our Chief Operating Officer and sustainability champion at Keynote Group in his sustainability plan to encourage sustainable practices throughout our team and office.

“It’s about awareness. Changing our mindsets to think about things like waste, power and water usage, emissions and pollutants in our everyday lives both at home and work.” - Brad Ezard
