Chris Beers

Chris Beers is a Partner for Keynote Search, based in Toronto. Chris has more than 15 years of executive recruiting experience and is a recognized leader in advising organizations on recruitment, the assessment, development and retention of technology, analytics, and digital talent. His clients have varied from large global corporations to high-growth, entrepreneurial, and private equity-owned companies. In addition to Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Digital Officers, and their leaders, he also has experience leading the recruitment of top executives for fintech companies and managed service providers.

Prior to joining Keynote Search, Chris was a Managing Consultant and core member of a global organizational consulting firm within their Technology Officers Practice. As a key member of the organization’s Technology Centre of Excellence, he worked with clients to create sustainable talent and leadership architecture to support the businesses strategies.

Before embarking on his career in executive search, Chris worked for a global leader in data analytics software. He provided his clients with advanced analytics software and solutions using Machine Learning, artificial intelligence, and big data. This experience has given Chris unique insight into how to build complex analytics and engineering teams for both large corporations and start-up/early-stage companies alike.

Chris graduated from Kingston College, UK where he studied computer science, math, and sociology.
